Penelope Blog Hop

Welcome to the Penelope Blog Hop!
If you've landed here from Shaunna Richards' Passionate About Pages, you're in the right spot.

This month we feature the fresh and zingy Penelope suite.
I went on pinterest looking for some inspiration a while back and I saw a page layout I really liked. I decided to try recreating it as a card. Afterall, a card is just a smaller page, and a page is a larger card. After a bit of stamping and fiddling with scraps, this is what I came up with!

The little birdies on this card make me grin every time. :)
I stamped and cut lots of thin cuts to make this card. The leftovers didn't go to waste, they went inside! I ended up giving this to my mother in law when she retired.

Dig out your scrap bags and have a go at creating this idea yourself. It's really easy and uses up lots of fiddly bits!

To make this project, you'll need the following materials.
