What's different about this to previous cardstock packs?
We used to have set combinations according to color families. When our color families were taken away so were these packs. Now we can choose our own mix perfect for any project!

My favorite part about it?
I am not forced to buy a solid 24pk of any color when I only need a few sheets. I can create a mixed pack of colors I'll actually use. This is a game changer! If you are creating wedding invitations and only need 2 or 3 colors, create a custom pack! Have a couple colors you want to try? Make up a custom sample pack and then buy full packs when you know which colors you like best. Don't need 24 sheets? Get a Custom 12pk instead!

Top 10 Favorites - #2

The new Core and Supplemental Catalogs are here and I have some new favorite items for my crafting stash.

#2 - SureCut™ Deluxe Craft Paper Trimmer.

What is it?
A wide base, lightweight trimmer with wire cut-line indicator and swing-out arm for cuts up to 15".

How much is it?
$66 + shipping. As of September 3, this item was $66 and it was the only item to carry over from Seasonal Expressions 2 without a price hike. As of September 4, new tarrifs have necessitated the price increase.

What's different about this trimmer?
It has a white deck with black markings. These are extremely easy to read. The arm swings out to 15" for cutting down larger pieces of paper. The wire line shows *exactly* where your paper will be cut, an essential feature when precision counts.

My favorite part about it?
This thing simply doesn't die. I've used it ever since I joined CTMH in 2013! Of all the trimmers I've used, this is the best.

What else is needed to complete the project?
A couple sets of replacement trimmer blades. I prefer the Titanium Replacement Blades.

How long is this available to order?

My favorite part about it?
The stampset and a mini ink pad are included. It is shipped straight to my door. It comes in a flippin cute box. I get to create when I have the time and brainspace to do so. If that's at 3am while waiting for the house to cool down in middle of summer? Perfect. During naptime? Mmhmm. While on holidays down the coast at a little beachside unit? Girl, invite me along!

What else is needed to complete the kit?

#4 - Liquid Glass Fine Tip Applicator.

What is it?
A fine tip metal applicator for Liquid Glass bottles.

How much is it?
$9 + shipping

What's different about it?
The fine tip applicator is purpose built to fit our Liquid Glass bottle. No need to decant into another bottle. Pop off the clear nozzle, screw this on, and off you go! Once you've used the Liquid Glass, gently tap the bottom of the bottle against your table, put the fine needle cap back on immediately and twist closed. The tip is very fine and it doesn't take long to clog if exposed to the air. If the tip is clogged, remove it from bottle, run under warm water to clean it, and screw back onto bottle. Simples.

My favorite part about it?
The bright pink is easy to see amongst a craft stash. The fine tip needle in the cap prevents clogging. The precision of the tip is incredible. I actually met one of the applicator manufacturer's reps earlier this year by happenstance and got the lowdown on this applicator tip.

#5 - Embossing Ink Pens.

What is it?
A set of 3 watermark ink pens for heat embossing.

3 watermark ink pens. One broad tip, one medium tip, and one brush tip.
What's different about these pens for embossing?
Instead of using Versamark ink and your favorite stampset and embossing powder, use these pens to create a design! Sprinkle on your embossing powder, tap off excess, and melt with your heat gun. Imagine creating stunning personalized placecards for weddings or Christmas dinners!

My favorite part about it?
I have three different brush tips included in the one set! I've looked at local craft stores and there is only 1 brush tip I could find (for $12). No thank you, I'll get all 3 for $16!

What else is needed to use these pens?
Anti-Static Pouch, Embossing Powders, and a heat tool. I got mine from another supplier as the CTMH heat tool is not available outside of North America.

#6 - Paper Envelopes.

What is it?
A clear 12"x12" envelope in the same style as our Stampset Envelopes.

What's included in the price?
3 envelopes

What's different about this?
This is not a new product for these catalogs, it is a new product to me! I bit the bullet and bought a pack of these last month as a trial for storage of my papers and kits. Guess what? I'm sold.

My favorite part about it?
The envelope is the same style as our Stampset Envelopes. It has a slit in the main part for the fold over flap to slot into. It holds 12x12 sheets of paper perfectly. No more bent corners! While all of our paper packets come in a ziptop clear bag, these envelopes are sturdier and won't split at the sides when pulling papers out.

What else can I put in it?
What are you taking to your next crop? Put that project in an envelope. Have scraps from 2 different projects from one paper collection? Put those in. Have some memorabilia from a trip that you want to keep tidy until you can scrap them? Booyah. Paintings and drawings and artwork from your kids? Pop em in these too. A gorgeous shade of creamy cardstock. If you are familiar with our old Colonial White and our current White Daisy, French Vanilla is a happy medium between the two.

My favorite part about it?

What is it?
A masculine stampset of images and sentiments PLUS the coordinating Thin Cuts.

What's included in the price?
7 masculine stamp images and 5 sentiments PLUS coordinating Thin Cuts for cutting out 5 images. The locator beacon image is easily fussy cut by hand. The Thin Cuts are packaged on a magnetic sheet for easy storage. I keep my Thin Cuts on the magnetic sheet in the clear envelope and with the Stampset so they don't get lost.

My favorite part about it?
The images and sentiments are very male without being "cutesy". I held up the 2 new catalogs to my husband and showed him this set. I asked him if he would be happy getting any card or gift with these images or sentiments and he said "Yup". There you have it, husband approved! 😇
